LA

After checking in our hotel...we got the same two rooms, 401 and 301.

Motel 6 on Chapman and Renaissance.

I guess road workers got something to skate while on break with a miniramp and no flat bottom.

Ohh fack you too, Turtle.

The Amtec Pool Party 2014.

Greek and Lester Kasai.

Dont get stuck here all day you might wanna die.
At the 686/ Matix Clothing HQ visiting our good friend Gabe Clements and checking out the warehouse.

Greek and Kurt mean mugging.

The new Oceanside park is really fun, more concrete shreddin.

The drive in movie theater is still alive and right next to the new Oceanside park.
I think its over here, wait, over there, who knows, thanks Jim for driving us around and getting me to come.

Nick with a frontside lipslide over the weddding cake.

Drew blasting a crail.

Fuck it. Were moving to California.

California slappy curb and a side view of the park.

The new Carlsbad park is rad but a helmet is required, getting caught without a helmet can result in a lame $100 fine.

Greek with the frontside ollie over the door.

Titus with a frontside boneless over the door.

Drew blasting a frontside air.

X marks the spot, South Carlsbad, North Ponto

One wrong step off the side and youll be tumbling down the side of carlsbad.

If I can wake up to this everyday id be soo hyped.

Nick and Desmond throwing it up for the westside.

These waves are firing all day. Nothing like the flatty florida.

Use the 5 like I-75 and youll get to San Diego or Tijuana in a heartbeat.

Which side? Oceanside.

Camp Pendleton.

Passing by Camp Pendleton you will definitely find helicopters especially this chinook flying around doing excercise missions in the mountains and deserts.

Almost to Oceanside and another 44min nap away from San Diego.

Military training areas around Camp Pendleton

Passing by San Clemente and the El Camino Real.

Want a house with a big backyard, well its all downhill from here.

That rail was death defying based on how small that was.

We got bored and stopped by this small fun skatepark which felt like it was built by someone who learned about skateboarding that day.

You would think taking the side roads would be faster than the freeway but think again.

Road construction out here is more complex.

Random blocked doorways right off the interstate.

Southbound and down on the 405.

More traffic..

Yes, California has high traffic, with five lanes and one carpool lane all clogged, its a slowly moving parking lot.

I spy this waxed bank.

The bridge from San Pedro to Long Beach.

The hills of California.

This was somewhat the scariest thing that i have ever dropped in on.

The view from the bottom of the hill in San Pedro.

Titus with a nosepick grab in.

Nick with a frontside five-0

Nick back boneless on the tombstone that has a gnarly 15ft drop on the otherside.

A lot of love, time and work has been put in this d.i.y skatepark.

Back at Channel St.

Endless views.

A big house right on the side of the mountain.

Sketchy.

Whats up with this picture?..think thats a tree? think again. camoflauged radio tower.

Out and about driving to Big Bear and winding through the San Bernardino national forest.

The Village at Big Bear Lake

Big Bear Blvd.

Nice cabins out on Big Bear.

This was so awesome to see this house or cabin right on Big Bear Lake with the rock formations in the background.

Always a goood time with my Garage Rats family had to get a pic before we left.
The way to and from Big Bear is awesome, the views, the steep roads...everything.

soo amazing.

After a long day of snowboarding, time to head back to the good ol' motel 6.
The Hollywood Bowl Overlook the perfect spot to enjoy the skyline and clear your mind. I come here every year  and highly recommend it.

The daytime view of this awesome house.
The nightttime view of this house. Just cant believe how perfect this guys house is, someday i hope to save up and build the yodaaacave somewhere here.

The nighttime view of the city of angels is so relaxing, cant believe the guy who owns the house above lives with this view outside everyday. The city twinkles and is alive.
The daytime view of the LA skyline from the Hollywood Bowl overlook.
Infamous Hollywood sign in sight.

Nick caught a small lizard on the mountain that later tried to nibble on his finger.

Had to take a photo with my second family with LA in the background.

I spy Hollywood High 16.
Had to do In-N-Out one more time before the long haul back home.

Passed by Crenshaw Blvd.
Looks like both planes were trying to see who would get to the runway first.
After the fun sessions, snowboarding, sightseeing and to another year of amtec, later LA.

Nothing but desert between LA and Phoenix.

Downtown Phoenix, AZ
Stopped by Phoenix, AZ for a connecting flight back to tampa and ran into my good friend Daran Godfrey from Matix.
Skatepark of Tampa sticker slap and a mystery person flying back to tampa will eventually receive this baggy some SPoT stickers and a free ticket to Tampa Pro's SPoT &Converse Rubber Tracks Action Bronson and Riff Raff Concert.
